From Application to Enrollment
Tuition is not collected until your application has been reviewed and approved. Once approved, choose your payment option, submit the required deposit, and complete enrollment for your selected class.
Small payment note
A valid payment card must remain on file for automatic payments. Approved cash payments may also be made directly to HDAS. The final payment may be adjusted to match the exact remaining tuition balance.
Submitting an application does not reserve a seat. Enrollment is confirmed only after application approval and receipt of the $500 deposit.
Submit Your Application
Complete the online application for the Dental Assisting or EFDA Program. Provide your contact information, education history, and any program-specific details requested. Required documents may be uploaded during the application or added later through your student portal.
1
Application Review
The HDAS team reviews your application and confirms that you meet the admission requirements for your selected program. You will be contacted if additional information or documentation is needed before an enrollment decision can be made.
2
Choose Your Payment Option
After approval, select either the discounted pay-in-full option or the weekly payment plan. Pay-in-full tuition must be received before your class start date to qualify for the $500 discount. The weekly option begins with a $500 deposit followed by automatic payments of $99 per week.
3
Reserve Your Seat
Submit the required $500 enrollment deposit to confirm your place in the approved class. The deposit is applied toward tuition and is not an additional charge. Weekly payments generally begin during the first week of class and continue until the remaining balance is paid.
